Who we share it with: 

• We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or is necessary to complete your services (such as lodging with the ATO). 
• We use third party applications to provide our services. A list of provider we use will be provided to you in our engagement letter. 

Storage and security

Your information is stored securely and we take reaonable steps to protect your data from misuse, loss or unauthorised access. 

Retention of information

We retain your information for at least five year in line with the ATOs record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely destroyed or de-identified.

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you at any time.

We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988, where applicable.
